Deactivation
Temporarily disables your account. You can typically return and reactivate later. Your data is not erased.
Deletion
Permanently removes your account. Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or law.
Note: Deletion cannot be used to avoid an open safety or fraud investigation involving your account. We'll verify your identity securely before processing any request.
