Review the amount and whether it is fixed, estimated, proposed or open to adjustment. The confirm button in the app will show the correct status before you confirm.

Just an example — your app shows the real numbers for your trip.
What can affect an amount.
Route or destination change, waiting, tolls, parking, cancellation, damage/cleaning, taxes, promotion eligibility or a permitted correction may affect the final record only as disclosed.
Cash and digital payment
The available method appears before confirmation. Digital authorisation, failed payments, cash collection and refunds follow the current Payment Policy.
Promotions
A promotion changes the rider's amount; it does not change category availability or create a guaranteed fare.
Questions or disputes
Open the trip record, select the relevant issue and provide only the information requested. Drivver will create a case reference.
Driver economics are separate: A rider fare is not Drivver's driver token. Drivver charges drivers the applicable fixed token under the Driver Commercial Schedule.
